These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Expert Hub. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Expert Hub is a marketplace platform for experts and users. The platform may include Telegram-based flows, wallet connection, calendar integration, booking logic, reviews, and other marketplace features.
You may use the platform only if you are legally able to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you.
You are responsible for the information you provide, the actions taken through your account or connected tools, and the security of your own devices, wallets, and external accounts.
Experts are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, availability, descriptions, and any content they publish through the platform. The platform may remove or limit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful to platform integrity.
Some platform functions may rely on TON wallets, smart-contract logic, Telegram infrastructure, Google services, and other third-party systems. Expert Hub does not control those third-party systems and is not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, security issues, or technical failures.
If you connect a calendar provider, you authorize Expert Hub to use the granted access for scheduling, availability, booking, and related marketplace functionality. You may disconnect the integration, but some features may stop working correctly after that.

Expert Hub provides marketplace infrastructure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, qualification, reliability, or outcome of any expert service or user action.
The platform may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable at any time. Features may be added, removed, suspended, or modified without notice.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user violates these terms, creates risk, abuses the platform, or causes legal or operational problems.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Expert Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, reputation, or digital assets.
You agree to indemnify and hold the platform operator harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the rules and laws determined by the platform operator, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
